I bought a R4 Revolution for ds (dsi/dsl/nds) and the card does not work, try the ship with anoher r4 card and worked perfectly , yours how ever did, how do we solve this, do it ship it back

Where on yoour page can a costumer inform of a problemwith a product , there is no customer suport , the disapointment of my child is only surpass wih my disapointment at trying to report a damage good,to a page thats a little complicated when complaints are to be reported ,had no problem purshasing , pls help me out,after waiting for twoweeks the R4 card doesnt work .
